1. Membership & Eligibility Criteria: Members should have a service-oriented mindset and must follow the values, discipline and objectives of the organization.
Enrollment Fee: The organization may define a one-time registration fee and recurring subscription fee to support welfare activities.
Documentation: Every member must provide valid identity proof and complete the formal membership form with accurate details.
2. Code of Conduct & Discipline: Members must align with the organization’s vision and must not misuse the platform for personal, political, illegal or unauthorized purposes.
3. Meetings & Participation: Members are expected to attend meetings regularly, maintain punctuality and contribute actively to social welfare activities.
4. Safety and Zero Tolerance Policy: The organization follows a strict zero-tolerance policy against harassment, inappropriate remarks, offensive behavior or unsafe conduct.
5. Communication and Privacy: Members must respect privacy. Personal contact details, documents, photos or sensitive information of any member must not be shared without consent.
6. Field Work and Travel Safety: Field activities must be planned with proper safety measures, verified coordination and responsible team leadership.
7. Professional Environment: Members must maintain professional language, respectful behavior and proper decorum during meetings, events and field work.
8. Termination of Membership: Membership may be cancelled if a member engages in illegal activities, financial fraud, misconduct, misuse of the organization’s name or repeated violation of rules.
9. Code of Conduct Agreement: Every member may be required to sign a code of conduct pledge to uphold dignity, safety, transparency and discipline within the organization.
10. Resignation from Membership: Members who wish to leave the organization should provide written notice and return organizational documents, ID cards, funds or assets before exit.
